Delivery & Returns

Christmas Delivery

To ensure your orders arrive in time for the festive season, please note the following shipping deadlines:

Royal Mail:

  • 1st Class & Tracked 48 (1-3 working days): Order by Wednesday, 18th December.
  • 2nd Class (2-10 working days): Order by Tuesday, 11th December.
  • 24 Tracked (1-2 working days): Order by Thursday, 19th December.
  • Special Delivery Guaranteed (1 working day): Order by Friday, 20th December.
  • International: Order by Monday, 10th December 

FedEx:

  • Domestic: Order by Friday, 20th December.
  • International: Order by Monday, 16th December.

Please also note that our warehouse will be closed from 20th December to 1st January. Operations will resume on 2nd January. Orders placed during this time will be processed upon our return.

For mainland UK customers, we have the following delivery options:

Next Day Delivery

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 PM, now including Saturday delivery. (order before 2 PM previous day)
  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked, now including Saturday delivery. (order before 2 PM previous day).

 

Standard Delivery

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for. 1-3 working days delivery, now including Saturday. (order before 2 PM previous day)
  • Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class (2-10 working days) Free on orders of £70.00 and above
  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked. 2-3 working days delivery, now including Saturday (order before 2 PM previous day).

We also offer various shipping options for our European and International customers.

Depending on the weight of your shipment and location, this will be either via Royal Mail International, FedEx International Priority or FedEx International Economy.

Rules & Restrictions

All orders received by 2pm on Monday to Friday for Royal Mail services will be dispatched the same day for the next day delivery option and the following day for standard delivery.

Any orders received on Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the following working day.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect or incomplete data entry.

We have hazardous goods restrictions on fragrance products that contain alcohol. This is due to special handling requirements under International Transport Regulations. If you are located in a country where these restrictions apply, you will not be able to add certain products to your cart. We apologise for any inconvenience here.

Orders to the European Union countries and outside the European Union may be subject to duty and/or tax. All duty and tax charges are payable by the recipient, and are not the responsibility of Truefitt & Hill.

For international customers who have requested gift wrapping on their orders, please be aware that items may be subject to customs inspections. This is beyond our control and may result in the items gift wrapping being compromised.

We are unable to process orders to a P.O. Box address and only accept addresses written in English.

Returns

We will happily replace, repair (where possible), or issue credit for, any goods which are defective owing to a Truefitt & Hill (Gentlemen's Grooming) Ltd. error, e.g. product damaged, faulty texture or fragrance, wrong product shipped, faulty device/container product.

Please send us back your products within 28 days of delivery.

We will refund the cost of standard return delivery and send you a replacement order free of delivery charge provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition.

Please note:

Refunds will only be made against the original debit/credit card used. You must retain proof of postage for all returns.

For hygiene purposes, any toiletry items that have been opened or used for any reason may not be returned unless faulty.
