Story
Trafalgar owes its name to one of the most celebrated naval engagements in European history: the Battle of Trafalgar. This famous maritime confrontation took place off Cape Trafalgar on the southern coast of Spain on 21st October 1805 – the very year in which William Francis Truefitt established his business. The battle pitted a British fleet of 27 ships, under the command of Admiral Horatio Nelson, against a larger combined fleet of France and Spain. Nelson’s bold battle strategy ensured that 20 French and Spanish ships had been destroyed or captured, while not a single British vessel was lost.
The overwhelming British victory destroyed Napoleon’s plan to invade England and helped to secure British Naval supremacy for years to come. The British, however, suffered almost 1500 casualties, amongst them Britain’s hero, Admiral Nelson, who was mortally wounded. This captivating and spicy yet fresh woody fragrance, which is both daring and sophisticated, was created for men who (very much like the hero of Trafalgar) tackle life’s little problems with great gusto!

This is bright and a little spicy. This is absolutely wonderful to wear in the spring and summer. I’m on my second bottle and my wife just loves it!
The Trafalgar has a scent that is elegant but packs just enough of a kick to get your sense going. I really like how it mellows out over the course of the day but is still there, enough to make its presence known. Plus, the bottle it arrives in is really pretty.
This it really a high quality product! It stays with you for hours and is very pleasant. I found it to be somewhat spicy, but not overpowering. It is a bit pricey, but a little goes a long way so you will not be buying another bottle for quite some time, even if you use it every day.
Another winner from Truefitt and Hill. As advertised, "spicy, light, cedar, Sandalwood, Jasmine and Spice." One of my favorites, a joy to wear and smell. Along with, Spanish Leather, Apsley and Freshman.
I'm very, very picky when It comes to my cologne. I used to exclusively wear Chanel Platinum for 15 years, until I smelled this and bought a bottle. I've been using it daily. You can spray a lot of it and it doesn't linger too heavily on skin or clothing. It's light, refreshing but what makes it special is the extreamly spesific scent profile. It's deep, captivating and doesn't come off overly citrusy or musky once so ever. Not predictable at all. Never smelled anything like it. I love it. Seriously it's awesome. It's exclusive.
