We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

By purchasing anything through EnglishHall.com you, the customer, are indicating your agreement to the following:
That all of our products displayed on the site are available for purchase immediately. Our real-time credit card processing system will authorize and process your payment online as you watch. Card details are not stored. Orders will be confirmed by e-mail. If payment is made by another method goods will only be dispatched once payment is received in full. Once payment is received and authorized title to the goods passes to the customer. If a credit card is used for payments it must be your own card.
That all sales are deemed to be made and performed in the UK and the governing law of all contracts so arising is English law.
Prices are subject to fluctuation without notice, however the total price paid by a consumer will not vary after their order has been placed. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT (applicable to UK and EU residents), but exclusive of carriage costs. The shopping cart system adds these charges as appropriate. Any customs and handling charges, or local sales taxes which may be levied by authorities in the destination country are beyond our control and we do not accept responsibility for these.
We promise not to sell, share or exchange e-mail addresses which are passed to us. Neither will we send you e-mails which you have not requested.
We guarantee to refund the price of any item returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of the customers receipt of their order. Upon receipt of the return we will issue the refund within 30 days. Delivery charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error, for example if the product was damaged or defective or the order was incorrectly fulfilled. If a customer intends to make a return they should contact us; we will e-mail a return authorization form for the customer to complete. We cannot accept responsibility for lost
returns and therefore recommend that the customer uses recorded delivery or an insured carrier.
